 Day1: 
- Plane Icon
Depart Australia for Bangkok  
 Day 2:
- Plane Icon
Fly to Kathmandu (1330m)
Transfer to central guesthouse for leader briefing & trek pack issue.
 Day 3: - Eye Icon Kathmandu and Tilganga Eye Centre
The Foundation’s inspiring Nepalese partner run by Dr Sanduk Ruit who has
personally restored sight to 70,000 people. 

 Day 4:
- Eye Icon

- Boot Icon
Kathmandu-Ramche (6hrs) trek to Gurase (2hrs) - 1950m altitude
Travel to Ramche by road and start trekking towards the first campsite in Gurase. On the way visit an inspirational Community Eye Centre in Nuwakot supported by The Foundation.
 Day 5:

Gurase to Labung (5hrs) - 3195m altitude
Travel to Labung passing through Chetri and Brahmin settlements. See dramatic glacial systems.

 Day 6:

Labung to Serma (5hrs) - 3656m altitude
Trek towards Serma. Travel through lush valleys stretching in every direction.

 Day 7:

Serma to Phalangu Khola (5hrs) - 2134m altitude
Trek from Serma to Phalangu Khola. Meander
through old forests and pass through small villages.

 Day 8:

Phalangu Khola to Saramthali School (7-8hrs) - 2235m altitude
Cross a steelsuspension bridge and ascend
towards the ridge. Climb up to the village of Chilaune, to visit the Saramthali School.

 Day 9:

Saramthali School to Bhorle (4hrs) - 950m altitude
Ascend to Bhorle. Cross Phalangu river to camp near Bhorle School.

 Day 10:

Bhorle to Betrawati (4-5hrs) and drive to Kathmandu (4hrs)
Trek through pristine Himalayan forest leading us back to Kathmandu.

 Day 11:

Free day in Kathmandu
Spend time in Kathmandu sightseeing ie Royal Palace, Swayambhunath (the Monkey Temple).

 Day 12:
- Plane Icon
Kathmandu to Bangkok
 Day 13:

Trip concludes - Bangkok to Australia
Depart Bangkok for your city of origin.
