In 1999, World Expeditions in association with The Fred Hollows Foundation pioneered a unique adventure travel concept that would raise funds and awareness about the amazing work of The Fred Hollows Foundation in Nepal. The 'See Nepal' Wilderness Challenge raised AUD$150,000 in its first year.

We have since grown to become the See the World Challenge, offering four unique trips: two different trips to Nepal, one in China, one in Vietnam and Cambodia, and a trip to outback Australia.

Since our first adventure in 1999, we have traveled with over 600 people and raised over AU $1,600,000 - and going strong.

What makes our trips unique is that you will be taken well off the beaten track - often not meeting any other tourists for large parts of the trip. PLUS, you will see how the funds you have raised are being used to make a real difference to people's lives.
